The natural end to bed wetting

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Coach Peter

CBT  to end bed wetting is faster, easier and actually fun. Our program combines a Zoom  ‘teaching and training’ session with a special bed wetting alarm, changes in diet, bedtime routine, education, training and motivation to get a dry bed in four to twelve weeks. Whatever the causes – deep sleep, food issues, ADHD, small bladder –  DryKids is more than a bed wetting alarm, it’s a complete program with a solution for every situation. See ‘experts’ below to learn more about behavioural modification.

Coaching is available by Zoom in Canada, USA, UK, NZ and Australia

Who are the real experts?

“Peter is amazing!!!! He had my son stop wetting the bed in 2 months. Hewas 9. My doctor said it was normal and I listened to her. I wish I had looked into this sooner. I would have started him at age 5.
So if your doctor says it’s normal, well it is, but it doesn’t help the self esteem. If your child is wetting the bed, don’t wait until they are older like I did.” My son was dry in 2 months.”  Michelle on our FB page

No child should have to suffer with day or night wetting if a few suggestions will make all the difference. In some cases children have a simple cause that’s obvious to me, so I’m always ready to do a free phone or Messenger call.

And the Experts explain why our Coaching works so well:

Sara Dimerman, Psychologist in Vaughan Ontario

“If your child is still bedwetting beyond the age of six, you may have explored options such as the urine alarm system or medication as a way of helping him stop. However, most literature supports an approach that includes some behaviour modification – either on its own or in conjunction with other methods. Teaching a child new skills and techniques that support his staying dry, along with employing other interventions, often has longer lasting effects than when only one approach is employed at a time..”

Boston Children’s Hospital Team

“The cause of the enuresis is generally not pathological and can be treated with behavioral therapy.” Success rates can be as high as 90 percent when alarm training is combined with behavioural modification, elimination diet, and most cases resolve within two months….    Kimberly Dunn, PNP, Laura Weissman, MD, and Sherry Tsai, CPNP, of BOSTON CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
